by Duda Energy
Duda LED (Light-Emitting Diode) lights are the most efficient and reliable source of illumination on the market. They outperform traditional light bulbs (incandescent lights) and fluorescent lights. They do not contain any hazardous materials and they waste very little energy in the form of heat. LED lights illuminate instantly and will not be damaged by constant on and off switching. Best of all, they outlast the life span of traditional lights by more than 50 times, eliminating the time and cost involved in replacing the lights on a regular basis.
Heat dissipaters are essential for the life span of an LED light. If the driver inside the light gets too hot, it can shorten the life of the LED or even burn it out prematurely. LEDs with a plastic base heat dissipater cannot shed off heat fast enough. Those lights need to be turned off often to prevent premature failure. All Duda LED lights are made with a high quality aluminum heat dissipater to increase their performance and runtime.

Notes on Above Cost Comparison:
- Cost of electricity will vary. The figures used above are for comparison only and are not exact. Find your current $/kw-hr cost for an exact comparison in the chart above.
- Bulb life spans are projected. LED bulbs are advancing in quality every year and may greatly exceed their expected life spans since testing them requires 6 years of continuous use.
- Bulb breakage and bulb replacement costs have not been factored into the above chart. Incandescent bulbs and CFL bulbs are more easily broken than Duda LED bulbs, which may greatly increase their costs.
- Duda LED bulbs come with a 2 year warranty. Any defective LED bulbs will fail within this warranty period. Incandescent and CFL bulbs can fail prematurely at any time.
